Frank was incredible to work with! I needed to rent two yachts leaving from the same marina at the same time, and he pulled it all together on short notice without missing a detail. He gave me multiple options to choose from and made the booking process easy and stress-free. On the day of the event, both crews were professional and accommodating, providing ice and water on board and ensuring everything ran smoothly. I highly recommend booking with Frank—he truly delivers top-tier service!

This boat is beautiful and clean! We hired captain ricardo and Ana! 1000000% recommend them! They worked diligently and were extremely helpful! The entire day was fantastic and Ricardo put everything together and ensured safety measures for us ladies too! We loved Ana; she had champagne for the our special occasion as well. They planned excursions w jets and assisted with us making friends with others as well. Couldn't have asked for a better day!

Ricardo and Oriana were excellent! I truly enjoyed my time with them. Ricardo took us to the best spots, which made the experience even better. However, I was disappointed with the yacht—it had significant wear and tear, noticeable rust stains, and wasn’t clean. Had I known, I would have chosen a different one. Since it was my birthday, I had to move around just to find good spots on the boat for pictures.

WEATHER CANCELATION POLICY Miami is located in a tropical area of the world and has fast changing weather as well as micro-climates. Therefore this may change our route of our trip as sometimes the north may be better than the south or vice versa. At the same time weather pronostics are quite exaggerated here and so this is the reason we have a strict weather cancellation policy that has to be met for any weather cancellations with refund/reschedule to take place. 1. 80% chance of rain or more (Average during your rental period) based on Miami Beach as location. BASED ON GOOGLE WEATHER APP ONLY. (PERCENTAGE TAKEN ON AVERAGE OF THE HOURLY RATE/% of RAIN OF THE TOTAL HOUR OF THE TRIP! 2. Winds 25 mph or higher on the day of the rental. (Average HOURLY during your rental period) based on Miami Beach as location. BASED ON GOOGLE WEATHER APP ONLY. - In any other case or situation it will require both parties to agree on a fair term. As a reference we use (hourly) GOOGLE WEATHER website • If agreed to go out, once the trip has started there will be not refunds or rescheduling (Unless spoken about it prior going out). As a reference we use (hourly) GOOGLE WEATHER website. LATE CANCELLATION POLICY Charter is allowed to be cancelled without refund if client is 30 min late or more.
