- Bookings require 50% deposit due 30 days prior to charter - Remainder of charter fee due one week prior to charter - Bookings within two weeks of charter require 100% payment - Full refunds due to weather or mechanical issues (Captain will determine if winds or conditions are unsafe to cruise) - We wish to accommodate everyones wishes however the captain is final arbitrator of all safety considerations
