Rental Terms - California Boater Card is required by law for all operators. Please ensure you have your card before arrival. We’re happy to provide a link to obtain one (~$35 online). - Safety gear is included (life vests, swimmer’s flag, fire extinguisher) and must be used as required. - No reckless riding, beaching, or alcohol use while operating the jet ski. - Minimum age to rent and operate is 18. - Late returns will be billed at double the hourly rate. - No-shows without communication will forfeit the rental with no refund. - Weather cancellations: If unsafe conditions prevent use (e.g., high winds, lightning), a full refund or reschedule may be offered at the owner's discretion. - Damage responsibility: Renters are liable for any damage caused during the rental period. A walkthrough will be conducted before and after the rental. - IMPORTANT: If the jet ski is flipped while riding, it must be turned upright immediately. Allowing water to enter the engine compartment can cause significant damage. If water intrusion occurs due to mishandling, a damage fee may be charged. - Request to rent 24 hours in advance minimum requirement, preferably 48 hours Please arrive on time and treat the equipment with care so everyone can enjoy a safe and fun experience on the water!
