The Renter is responsible for any damages to the vessel or vessels during the rental period. The Renter takes all legal responsibility for the vessel or vessels during the rental period. The $3000 security allowance is per machine. Gas is not included. Life Jacket must be worn at all times. Emergency Kill Switch Lanyard must be worn at all times. Do not start or ride jet ski in less than 3 feet of water jet ski can suck up rocks & debris damaging impeller/pump. Always turn off jet ski before reaching shore and always start jet ski in no less than 3' feet of water. Required to operate at slow no wake speed when close to other watercrafts, docks, shorelines or when entering no-wake zones. Make sure its clear and safe to turn always look around and behind you for other vessels before turning and always be cautious of your surroundings. Must keep clear distance of all other vessels 60' feet minimum required by law. A safe and reasonable distance must always be maintained to prevent reckless operation and collisions, avoid quick, sharp turns or swerving within 60 feet of another watercrafts unless it is necessary to prevent a collision.  4 hours minimum
