- Weather Cancellations: Safety is our top priority. If weather conditions are unsafe (e.g., high winds, lightning, or storms), we may reschedule or cancel your booking at no charge. We’ll notify you as early as possible. - Late Arrivals & No-Shows: Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure. Late arrivals may result in reduced time on the water or cancellation without refund. No-shows are non-refundable. - Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellations made at least 5 days in advance are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 5 days are non-refundable unless due to weather-related issues. - Safety Requirements: All guests must follow crew instructions at all times. Life jackets are provided and may be required depending on conditions. No drugs are allowed on board. - Boat Rules: Treat the vessel with care and respect. No smoking, glass containers, or pets unless previously arranged. Damage caused by negligence may incur additional charges. - Driving Policy: If a customer chooses to drive the boat without a captain, they must possess a valid boat license and assume full responsibility for the vessel.
