Cancellation: -Full refund if Booking is cancelled 10 days before trip. No refund will be given within the 10-day period. -Reservations are first booked, first served. -Please No Animals on the boat. -Late or no-show bookings are non-refundable. Your reserved time slot begins promptly, and late arrivals will shorten your allotted time as we cannot extend it. Please be punctual, as rentals are often consecutive. -late fee- If boat is not returned by the agreed time. We reserve the right to charge a $100 late fee and $150 per hour Late charge. -You are responsible for damages incurred on the boat! -Cleaning fee of $100 will be added for groups that leave behind trash or make an excessive mess on the boat. -We will allow a "Rain Check" in the event of inclement weather -We offer multiday discounts!! -Driver must provide picture of VAILED driver's license. -Military and First responder discounts with valid proof of ID.
