Rental Terms & Policies We want every guest to have a safe, fun, and stress-free day on the water! Please review these important terms before booking: Weather Policy: Your safety is our top priority. If the captain determines that weather or sea conditions are unsafe, we’ll reschedule your trip for another available date or provide a full refund. Light rain or scattered showers do not automatically cancel a trip — cancellations are based on safety, not comfort. Late Arrivals & No-Shows: Please arrive at least 15 minutes before departure so we can check in and get you aboard on time. Late arrivals may lose time on the water, and no-shows will be charged the full charter rate. Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance of departure will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours of your trip are non-refundable unless weather prevents safe operation. Captain’s Authority: The captain is responsible for all safety decisions while on board. Please follow all instructions during your trip — this ensures a fun and safe experience for everyone. Safety & Equipment: All required safety gear, life jackets, and first-aid supplies are provided. Please let us know if anyone in your group cannot swim or has any special medical considerations. Boat Rules: - No smoking or open flames onboard. - Please drink responsibly — the captain reserves the right to end a trip if guest behavior poses a safety risk. - No glass bottles, illegal substances, or unsafe conduct permitted. - Children under 12 must wear a life jacket at all times. What to Bring: We provide water and ice — feel free to bring snacks, drinks, sunscreen, and towels.
