To ensure the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all guests on board, please read and follow the rules and regulations below. These policies are mandatory for every charter and help us provide a smooth and secure experience for everyone. GENERAL SAFETY RULES - Follow all Captain's instructions at all times. The Captain is the highest authority on board and may adjust the itinerary or stop activities for safety reasons. - Maximum capacity may not be exceeded. Only the number of guests agreed in the booking are allowed on board. - No jumping off the yacht while it is moving. Entering the water is only allowed when the Captain gives permission. - Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Life jackets for children are available upon request. - Swimming is allowed only when the engines are off and the Captain confirms it is safe. ALCOHOL & DRUG POLICY - No drugs of any kind are allowed on board. This includes marijuana and any controlled substances. - Alcohol is allowed, but: - - Excessive intoxication will not be tolerated. - Intoxicated guests may be denied water access for safety. - If any guest becomes a danger to the vessel or others, the charter may be terminated with no refund. SMOKING POLICY - Smoking cigarettes or vapes is allowed only in designated outdoor areas, as indicated by the crew. - No smoking inside the yacht under any circumstances. - No hookahs unless previously approved. FOOD & DRINKS - Guests may bring their own food and drinks. - Red wine is allowed but must be handled carefully to avoid stains. - Glass bottles must be handled with care; broken glass becomes a safety hazard. - Please keep food inside designated areas to maintain the yacht clean. SHOES & ATTIRE - No shoes inside the yacht. Barefoot or socks only. - Swimwear is allowed on all outdoor areas. MUSIC & ENTERTAINMENT - The yacht is equipped with a premium Bluetooth sound system. Guests may connect their device. - Volume must remain at respectful levels when approaching marinas or residential areas. - No personal speakers or DJs unless approved in advance. WATER TOYS & JETSKIS - Use of water toys is allowed only under crew supervision. - Jetskis (if rented) are operated independently; the jetski provider may require ID and deposit. - Jetskis are not included unless added separately. RESPECT FOR THE VESSEL - No sitting or standing on railings. - No throwing trash or objects into the ocean. - No climbing on the exterior of the yacht. - Any damage caused by passengers will be charged to the renter. PROHIBITED BEHAVIOR - No firearms or weapons. - No fighting or aggressive behavior. - No jumping from upper decks. - No sexual acts in public areas. TOWELS & AMENITIES - Towels are provided upon request. - Please do not throw towels or personal items into the ocean. - Amenities must remain on board after the charter. WEATHER & SAFETY REGULATIONS - The Captain may modify or cancel the trip due to unsafe weather. - If the charter is cut short due to dangerous weather, the renter may be eligible for a partial reschedule. - The itinerary may change to avoid storms, strong winds, or restricted navigation zones. BOARDING & DEPARTURE - Please arrive 15 minutes before departure time. - Extra waiting time may incur additional fees if guests arrive late. - The charter starts and ends at the scheduled time, regardless of arrival delays. RESPECT TOWARD THE CREW - The crew is here to help ensure your comfort and safety. - Disrespect, harassment, or aggressive behavior toward the crew will result in immediate termination of the charter with no refund.
