CANCELLATION POLICY: 50% refund if the trip is canceled 20 days before. 100% refund if: 1. 80% chance of rain or more (average over rental period) depending on Miami Beach location. BASED ON GOOGLE WEATHER APP ONLY. 2. Winds of 25 mph or greater on the day of rental. (Average over your rental period) based on Miami Beach as location. BASED ONLY ON THE GOOGLE WEATHER APP. - In any other case or situation it will be necessary for both parties to agree to a fair term. WEATHER CANCELATION POLICY • If during the trip hours the average percentage of raining probability is over 50% HOURLY AVERAGE (indicated in Accuweather website hourly), the charterer is entitled to reschedule the trip reservation or get a refund. • If agreed to go out, once the trip has started there will be not refunds or rescheduling (Unless spoken about it prior going out). As a reference we use (hourly) Accuweather website. Important: The confirmation of your reservation will always be sent 2 days before the reservation date, since changes can occur in the marina, and they can change marinas at any time.
