By booking you understand that: - Your charter is set rain or shine (Unless deemed unsafe by captain) - If your charter IS deemed unsafe. We can easily reschedule you to a different date equal to the one you have booked (we cant re-book you to a mid day Saturday in July if you booked a Tuesday in May) LATE/NO SHOWS - The vessel is yours for the time period that you have booked. If you are late the vessel still needs to be back at the dock at the end time of your trip. EXAMPLE: your charter is from 10am-2pm - your guests are running behind and the vessel doesnt leave the dock untill 11am. You do not get to come back at 3pm because you started an hour late. - If you don't show up for your charter unfortunately we aren't able to issue refunds for no shows because we kept the slot held for you.
