The company will review and respond within a reasonable timeframe. - Partial Refunds: May be offered depending on the circumstances and extent of the issue. - Late Arrival Policy: If the renter is more than 30 minutes late, the company reserves the right to terminate the charter without a refund, as we cannot guarantee client satisfaction with a shortened rental period. - No Refunds: No refunds will be issued for personal schedule changes, dissatisfaction with weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. - Final Decision: The company’s decision on refund eligibility is final and binding.
