We had such a great experience on our pontoon boat rental thanks to our captain, Frank. He was professional, friendly, and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Frank went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, safe, and having a great time the entire trip. We stopped at one perfect spot, and it was exactly what we needed—calm water, great scenery, and the ideal place to kick back and enjoy the day. Frank made sure we had everything we needed and created such a chill, fun atmosphere that we never felt rushed or stressed. Frank was an excellent and knowledgeable Captain. He made the whole outing very enjoyable and we got to see his new dock, which was amazing! He knows the lake extremely well and he took us to a beautiful cove so the kids could swim peacefully. Frank is great with kids and can really talk to anyone. The boat is pristine and even better than the photos. We would definitely recommend this experience and would do it again.

Frank goes above and beyond providing an unforgettable experience! He was so kind with our young kids and willing to help at any moment. His boat is immaculate! He was always cleaning and tidying while we enjoyed time in the water yet he didn’t make us feel that our (sometimes messy) toddlers were an issue at all. We throughly enjoyed not only his boat but also his company. We can’t wait to go again with him soon!
