ABOUT THE BOAT The 56' Sea Ray Motor Yacht is one of the largest 3-deck luxury yachts available for private charter in San Diego. Meticulously maintained, the yacht provides an elegant and spacious environment for guests to enjoy. The boat features four separate entertaining spaces: the cockpit, salon, flybridge, and foredeck. It also includes three staterooms and two full heads with showers. The yacht’s design ensures an exceptional experience for both cruising and entertaining. The cockpit offers ample seating and walk-around space, while the salon is furnished with leather couches and a dinette. The galley is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, wine cabinet, and plenty of counter space and storage. The flybridge offers a wraparound leather settee, a fridge, sink, wine chiller, and cup holders. The foredeck is ideal for sunbathing, featuring cushions, built-in cup holders, and plenty of room to relax. WHAT'S INCLUDED The rental rate includes fuel, port taxes/fees, and the captain/crew fee. The yacht is operated by a qualified, USCG-licensed captain who will ensure a safe and enjoyable trip. Additionally, the yacht features a fully equipped galley, multiple entertaining spaces, and comfortable seating throughout. WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED Gratuity for the captain and crew is not included in the rental rate. Tips are not included, but are always appreciated. Jennifer was amazing - both responsive and accommodating - she made sure our 4-hour charter was a success. Even though the boat we originally reserved was not available on the day of our charter due to maintenance issues, she found an equally amazing substitute. The captain and skipper were also amazing! I will definitely rent again with Jennifer and her crew.

Additional Terms & Information
Cancellations may be made up to 5 days prior to reservation for full refund. In the case of unsafe boating weather, we will reschedule at a mutually convenient time. Rental agreement must be signed prior to arrival. All passengers must sign waiver of liability at time of rental. Boarding will begin 15 minutes prior to your scheduled reservation start time. Please arrive early for a safety briefing from the captain. Late arrivals will not alter reservation time. 13 passengers maximum, including yourself the renter, per USCG law - NO EXCEPTIONS. Children and babies are counted as passengers. Do not flush toilet paper, paper towels, or feminine products. Please dispose of all items in the trash can. Clogged heads will result in a fee. Food and beverages are not included. Renter is welcome to bring food and/or beverages, except red wine. Excessive drunk behavior, disorderly conduct, or alcohol consumption by any guest under age 21 will result in early termination of rental. Smoking and illegal drugs (including marijuana) are prohibited on the vessel. Pets are not allowed on the vessel with the exception of properly documented service animals. Please bring your own towels, disposable plates/cups/utensils, etc. - whatever you may want for your day on the water! Rate includes fuel, port taxes, and captain/crew fees. USCG licensed captain required to operate this vessel. We will introduce you to a local, qualified USCG licensed captain to operate the vessel for you. Gratuity for captain and crew not included in rental rate. Standard gratuity is 10-20% of the charter total. Renter agrees to the above-mentioned rules as well as any additional instructions given by the captain while on the vessel.
