You may bring your own snacks and drinks, a cooler and ice is provided. Please refrain from glass bottles and red wine. There is no smoking allowed on board. All charters are subject to weather conditions. The Captain shall have sole discretion to cancel or postpone a charter due to inclement weather or unsafe conditions. no charge for weather cancellation by the Captain. Client Cancellation: Cancellation by the Client at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the scheduled charter date shall result in a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within seven (7) days of the scheduled charter date shall result in forfeiture of the deposit; however, the deposit may be applied toward a future charter at the Company’s discretion. No shows policy: Failure of the Client to appear for the scheduled charter without prior cancellation shall result in forfeiture of the $100 deposit, with no option to apply said deposit toward a future charter.
