Booking & Time Policy - Charter time begins at the scheduled booking time, not arrival time. - Late arrivals will result in reduced rental time. - Please arrive 30 minutes early for check-in. Capacity & Guests - Maximum capacity: as per USCG regulations (typically up to 13 guests). - No unregistered guests allowed onboard. Payments & Deposits - Full payment must be completed through the platform prior to departure. - Additional services (if any) must be paid before or during the charter. Prohibited Items & Rules - No illegal drugs or substances. - No weapons of any kind. - No red wine or staining items (to protect the yacht interior). - Smoking only in designated areas (if allowed by captain). Captain & Safety - The yacht will be operated by a licensed captain. - The captain has full authority to end the trip without refund if safety rules are violated. - All guests must follow safety instructions at all times. Weather Policy - Charters may be rescheduled in case of unsafe weather conditions (captain’s discretion). - Light rain does not qualify for cancellation. Damage & Responsibility - The renter is responsible for any damages caused by guests during the charter. - A security deposit may apply depending on the booking. Cancellation Policy - Cancellation terms follow the platform policy (flexible/moderate/strict depending on your setup).
