We operate a full tour business and are listed here to help with keeping our time slots filled, therefore if you are not fully paid or not on time please note we will not be responsible for any late arrivals or refunds. Once a time and place of departure is issued in our communication the charter time we agreed upon will be honored. With all our half day tours we offer light snacks and soft drinks complimentary. Any additional libations or food will be at the charterers expense. If the charterer is a no show we are not responsible for refunding the client. We are not the party type boat accommodation and we focus mainly on family oriented groups, along with people that are marine life enthusiasts that really want to enjoy peaceful days out on the water.
