Thank you for choosing us. Please note that deposits are applied to the final cost of the charter. It is required that the charter/boat rental is paid in full 14 days before the event. Please review the waiver and respond via email stating that you and your party have read, understand and will comply with the waiver agreement. Cancelation policy We understand that things come up and you may need to cancel. Full 100% refunds are available up to 14 days before the charter/rental. Partial refunds of 70% can be given between 14 and 3 days before the event. However, NO refund will be given if cancelation is within 72 hours of the event. *NO refunds will be given during holiday weeks* Please feel free to contact us with any questions.
