Additional Terms & Information
There is a mandatory dock fee of $400 MXN / $20 USD per person, payable upon arrival at check-in. Cancellations must be made at least 5 days in advance to qualify for a refund. For illness-related cancellations, a medical note is required. If the port closes, we will notify you to reschedule. If it rains or is cloudy but the port remains open, the tour will proceed as planned. Guests may bring their own food and drinks, or request catering by a private chef. Cooking on board is not permitted. Gratuity is not included; an 18% tip is customary. After 12 guests, a fee of $100 USD per additional person applies, with a maximum of 15 guests total. Illegal items and prohibited substances are not allowed on board.
