Rental Conditions 🚤 📌 Cancellation Policy & Deposit: • The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. • If the client notifies at least 48 hours in advance, the booking can be rescheduled at no extra cost. • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the trip will result in a total loss of the deposit. 🌧️ Weather Conditions: • If the client wants to cancel due to weather, they must notify at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule. • If no notice is given before the 24-hour deadline, the trip will proceed as scheduled, unless the captain determines otherwise for safety reasons. ⏳ Late Arrivals & No-Shows: • If the group arrives late, the lost time will not be compensated. • A maximum waiting time of 1 hour will be granted.
