Rental terms • Drivers must be 21 years or older with a valid government-issued photo ID. • A boating safety card may be required per Florida law (temporary certificates available online). 2. Rental Duration • Rentals are available in 30-minute, 1-hour, or 2-hour sessions. • Late returns may result in additional charges. 3. Capacity • Jetcars hold up to 2 passengers (weight limits apply). • Life jackets must be worn at all times. 4. Deposit & Payment • A security deposit is required at check-in (refundable if no damage occurs). • Full rental payment is due before departure. 5. Safety & Rules • Operation under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited. • Stay within designated riding areas set by the rental company. • Follow all U.S. Coast Guard and Florida boating regulations. 6. Cancellations & Refunds • Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance receive a full refund. • Same-day cancellations are non-refundable (weather exceptions apply). 7. Liability Waiver • All renters and passengers must sign a waiver of liability before departure. • Renters are responsible for any damages caused during the rental.
