Boat Rules:  - Please follow the captains instructions when given to maintain safety throughout your trip - No Smoking on board  - As much as we love animals, please no pets on board.  - The bathroom/toilet is designated only for Urination/ #1. If a member of your party needs to use the restroom for a bowel movement/#2 there are locations the captain can dock at to accommodate. If for any reason, the toilet is used for anything other then #1, an additional charge may be processed to pay for costs of sanitation.  - To maintain safety, top deck access will only be available when the boat is stationary/anchored.  Additional Terms & Information We try our best to be as flexible as possible... Even so, due to the seasonal nature of boating and tight scheduling during busy season, we appreciate you reading and understanding a few basic considerations: - Late arrivals cannot be guaranteed additional time, and missed time may be lost. Often, other groups start shortly after the last group's time finishes. - Reservations can be moved to another AVAILABLE date up to 72 hours in advance. Please give us as much notice as possible. - Severe Weather will allow for full transfer of all funds paid towards another open date/time. - Thanks so much for reading and understanding! Cancellation Policy - Free cancellation up to 14 days before your trip. - 50% refund for cancellations between 7-14 days before the booking start time.  - Cancellations within 7 days of the booking start time are non-refundable LEGAL A US Coast Guard captain’s license is required for this vessel. Getmyboat will collect the boat cost and captain cost together when you book your trip, but as this is a bareboat charter, you will be asked to select a captain separately, who will be paid directly by Getmyboat to ensure compliance with current regulations. Captains charge $50/hour, plus gratuity. Per federal law we cannot select a captain for you, but would be happy to introduce you to a choice of local captains who are qualified to operate the boat. If you wish to provide a Captain on your own (not one of the Captains we list for you), they will be required to provide a recent background check, a recent drug test, their USCG Captain's license and schedule a 2 hour instruction/review of the boat prior to your scheduled voyage time. ALL PASSENGERS are required to fill out a bareboat charter waiver The group is required to fill out a Bareboat Charter Rental Agreement
