All bookings must be made in writing by means of an email. No telephonic bookings will be accepted. The Agent is responsible for: Advising guests of all travel-related information such as passport validity, visa requirements, health certificates, travel insurance and any other information that the guests may require prior to arriving to Botswana. Informing our company in writing of any changes made to the booking such as amendments, confirmations and cancellations Collecting payment from guests going on safari with our company. Providing our company with the following guest details. Full names, Nationality, Dietary requirements, Arrival and departure details. Medical conditions we should be aware of. Medical insurance details. Accommodation configuration required such as twin, single or double. Special requests or occasions such as birthdays, honeymoon and anniversaries. Our company requires a 20% non-refundable deposit of the full cost of booking in order to confirm. The full deposit will be forfeited if a booking is canceled 60 days or closer to the commencement of a safari. A booking must be paid for in full at least 60 days before the commencement of the safari.
