From the moment we departed to the smooth arrival back at the dock, everything was handled with professionalism, confidence, and a warm, friendly attitude. The boat was immaculate, the ride was smooth, and Captain Jim clearly knew the waters like the back of their hand. They made us feel safe, relaxed, and completely taken care of the entire time. Whether it was pointing out interesting sights, adjusting course for the best views, or making sure we had everything we needed on board, their attention to detail was exceptional.    After previously dealing with an unresponsive host for another listing, Edward & Team made the experience a 10/10 for us with how promptly they were able to accommodate and communicate. Communication was excellent, Captain Jim was amazing, and the boat was absolutely stunning. We had such an amazing time, and will definitely be renting this boat again in the future.

   We are an extended family of 14 and wanted to snorkel, see the island by boat, enjoy the sunset, swim and relax. Gustavo and crew were amazing! Pick up and drop off at our dock were no problem. Although the water was rough, they allowed us to snorkel and swim where we wanted. A great trip on a great boat!

   Wow, what an amazing trip! James's boat was sparkling new and had plenty of room for our family. This kind of boat is so much better than a metal pontoon boat. I glides across the water and looks like a Lake Havasu Custom Boat! We will definitely be renting this boat next time we are in Lake Havasu. The suede interior was nice because it doesn't get as hot as vinyl and your legs don't stick to the seats. The floors are made of foam and its soft to walk on and didn't feel hot. This isn't your typical worn out rental boat, its brand new!
