   Rented a pontoon boat from Ryan for a day on Lake Geneva and it was fantastic from start to finish. Ryan and his family were incredibly communicative throughout the whole process — quick responses, clear instructions, and genuinely helpful with any questions we had. They made the entire rental hassle-free. The boat itself was in perfect condition — clean, well-maintained, and ran flawlessly the whole time we had it out on the water. No mechanical issues, no surprises, just a smooth day on the lake. Highly recommend renting from Ryan if you’re looking for a reliable boat and a genuinely great owner to work with. We’ll definitely be booking with him again next time we’re on Lake Geneva.

   We hired Brad to help my wife and me to go to a coral reef to spread my parent’s ashes. My wife got seasick but Brad did everything possible to get her feeling better. He was very respectful of the reason for the trip and even took off his hat when the “ceremony” started. I did a little snorkeling but came back to the boat to get my wife on shore. Once we docked, I took my wife to the jeep and turned on the air. Brad was so nice that he rinsed off in fresh water all the equipment and brought it to the jeep. Brad was very courteous, respectful, polite, & capable. His boat was immaculate and ran like a dream and it was a 1999 boat! You very rarely find an individual who checked all the boxes and he did!!

   Such a great boat day! Marcus was the best and took great care of our group on the 4th. He was beyond accommodating when we we’re stressed with the holiday chaos getting to the dock.    Our group had an amazing time! We truly had such a fun and memorable experience. Our captain was incredibly professional, communicative, and kind from start to finish. The entire booking process was excellent and communication was perfect. Everything exceeded our expectations....We are absolutely going to book again.

   Our experience was great from start to finish. Felipe was the person who communicated with us at the beginning of the booking. He set up the connection and got us in touch with Tony, and he was very patient and a great communicator the whole way through, right up until we met with Tony. Our captain Tony was incredible. As soon as you arrive, Tony meets you at the meeting point and shows you where to park, then takes you straight to your boat. From there, he makes sure you have everything you need. The boat has coolers packed with water and your drinks, and Tony shows you how to connect your music to the boat’s Bose sound system, which sets the vibe just right for your trip. You can hang out up on the deck or head downstairs to the room inside the boat. You’re free to party and enjoy the boat for however long you booked. Tony also has someone on board to help take pictures of you if you want them, and he’ll stop wherever you’d like so you can swim in the ocean. Whatever you want, Tony’s there to accommodate you! It was an excellent experience overall. Big thanks to Felipe and Tony — I’d definitely recommend them!
