   I’ve been renting jet skis since 2011 from laughlin & lake havasu. Never have i had a jet ski this bad ass. This thing hauls ass. Usually the fastest i was able to get up to on a rental was 40-50mph. This thing hit 64 and i had to let the throttle go cause it was too quick for me already. Awesome customer service , communication was perfect. For sure renting from Ryan from now on.

   My wife and I celebrated our anniversary and we had a fabulous time on the water with Cal and Marty. The catamaran is the perfect way to enjoy a cruise up and down the coast with plenty of space to lay in out and relax. They even provided a beautiful spread of fruit and a welcome cocktails. Would highly recommend!

   10/10 experience — I would absolutely book with him again. The owner was also our captain, and he was exceptional from beginning to end. He was incredibly communicative, professional, respectful, patient, and attentive throughout the entire process. He constantly checked the weather, kept us informed, answered every question, and made sure we felt safe and comfortable the entire time. Unfortunately, the weather was not perfect and we had some rain, but that was obviously outside of everyone’s control. Even with that, he still gave us a beautiful ride and took us to a gorgeous island. One thing I especially appreciated was how kind and patient he was with our group. We were a mixed group of Spanish and English speakers, and for many of us English is a second language. He was always respectful, patient, and willing to repeat or explain things when needed. That level of kindness and professionalism really stood out to all of us. He also went above and beyond after the trip by helping us resolve a partial refund due to the weather interruption, and everything was handled quickly and professionally. Honestly, nothing bad to say at all. Amazing experience, amazing attitude, and excellent customer service from start to finish. I would definitely book with him again if I return to St. Augustine.

   We had a great time touring Charleston on the bachelorette and getting some swim time in! Eugene was so nice and made sure we enjoyed our boat trip.

   The rental was a smooth process, answered all questions very quickly. The boat was clean and captain Mike was great!!
