We had the best family Christmas trip with Carmel in Biscayne Bay! She was savvy and hospitable, and made us feel right at home. We felt safe and taken care of all day long, and will absolutely be coming back to visit Carmel the next time we find ourselves in Miami as a family. Thanks for the fabulous service!

Carmel was an absolute legend. She was flexible and prepared to help us with everything. She really respected our time and wanted to make sure we had the most enjoyable time. It was also nice (and really cool) to have a woman captain! She was so sweet and we’d definitely prefer to have her again when booking the next time.

Captain Kevin and Regina are amazing people! I felt so deeply cared for. Everything was clean, looked new. The views are amazing, the communication was clear and all the instructions were really helpful!

We had a great day out on the water! Frank made sure we were well taken care of and went above and beyond to make everything fun and stress-free. Just a heads-up — there’s a prepaid fuel fee that’s easy to miss if you don’t read the full listing, and it helps to over-communicate your plans since details can get lost in translation during drop-off coordination. Other than that, I highly recommend this experience
