   This was my first time ever chartering a boat or using this website. I was nervous about it since I don’t know much about any of this, so I’m here to tell you to do it. If you want to have a fantastic boating experience, choose David! We had an amazing time celebrating my birthday on this boat and I would 100% book it again. Everything went as planned (except when the unicorn floatie was whisked away off the boat and we then had to recover it in windy conditions- it was a very funny and memorable time).

The boat was immaculate, well-maintained, and perfect for our group of 9. Captain David was exceptional - knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our safety and enjoyment. He took us to the most beautiful spots, shared interesting stories about the area, and even helped us spot dolphins and sea lions! The rental process was smooth, and the staff was very helpful. The boat was equipped with everything we needed, including comfortable seating, shade, and a great sound system.    We enjoyed our trip with Captain David! The boat was exactly as pictured and well-stocked. We appreciated David’s help, communication, and adapting to our itinerary. The weather in May was quite pleasant in Long Beach and it was convenient to get to the dock.

   Captain David knows how to have a good time! He made sure we were enjoying our time throughout the charter and offered us som extra time. I told him how much I enjoy sailing and he even let me drive for a bit! Everyone enjoyed being treated on this fabulous boat ride, we hope to be back!

   This was the first time I’ve booked on getaboat and David was quick with his responses and answered all my questions in a timely manner. He was also our captain the day of the booking and was a fantastic captain, my group and I had a blast! The boat was clean and just the right size for my group. David was very friendly and helpful when we needed someone to take our group photos for us. Would definitely book again with David!

   Spectacular day spent on the sailboat! Nothing like being out on the water, listening to music, drinking bubbly, and nonstop laughing with friends! Excellent time had by all!! David was patient, kind and helpful. He’s a great photographer too! We are repeat customers and WE will be back for more!!
