   What an awesome day! Captain was terrific and flexible. Our three hours on the water meant that we had time to leave the harbor and anchor at Emerald Bay to jump in and swim. A perfect day on the water on a great boat with a great captain. What more can you ask for! We’ll definitely rent again!

   Excellent staffing at Sterling Sails. We had a great time. Elizabeth and Cody were wonderful. The vessel waa great. Weather was perfect. Couldn't have had a better time. My only gripe was that, after booking, they send you a text message with information, and one of the bulletpoints is an instruction to tip the captain 20%. While i loved the captain, she is awesome, such an instruction violates GetMyBoat's TOS and feels audacious in this economy. (January 2026). It is written as an instruction, not a request, is not mentioned in the GetMyBoat advertisement, and it chips away at the joyfulness of the experience through imposition of pressure to tip. If the boat ownership is not paying their staff well enough, they need to fix that. But to ask consumers to spend $800, and then tell them "wait, now that you've given us $800, we are letting you know you must give us an additional $160," is insanely out-of-touch and quite frankly offensive. Pay your employees better and don't turn a "tip" into a mandatory posr-booking surcharge.

   Captain Joss was incredible! He booked our trip today for our company employee appreciation day in an hour advance! I couldn’t say enough good words about the experience! Amizing! From the booking to confirmation that we received within one min ! The boat is amizing we had an incredible three hours of the water, we got to see a pack of about 100 dolphins out in the ocean, all of our employees have the time of their life, and I couldn’t thanks more to our Captain! We will definitely will book all of our boat trips with him in the future and recommend anyone to use his service. 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you captain 🙏

   Captain Joss was Fantastic! We celebrated Our 25th family RE-union cruise on board his super cool vessel that could accommodate our entire family of 16! We couldn’t find any other charters that offered more than 12 passengers at a reasonable price. Overall, our three hour sunset cruise exploring the Santa Monica Bay was PERFECT! - We highly recommend this experience! RT25 RE-union Crew

   Capt Joss was fantastic! Did everything to rely all necessary information and make it an extremely enjoyable time! Highly recommend booking with him, especially with the boat size and who he is as a captain. Looking forward to booking him again in the future. You’d be foolish to book with any other captain than the man, the myth, the capt Joss!
