   Kathy & Joshua are AMAZING! We booked with them for a graduation celebration and it was by far the best boat rental experience I've ever had. They were extremely helpful, friendly, and down for a good time – which we loved. It was pretty windy the day we went out and Kathy made sure to let us know beforehand/coordinate an earlier departure to make sure we were safe on the water and got the most out of our experience. We had a great time cruising around and going down the slide (of course), and we even had the chance to tie up and party with other boaters on the lake. Such an amazing day, 10/10 recommend because we certainly will be booking again!!

   10/10 experience — I would absolutely book with him again. The owner was also our captain, and he was exceptional from beginning to end. He was incredibly communicative, professional, respectful, patient, and attentive throughout the entire process. He constantly checked the weather, kept us informed, answered every question, and made sure we felt safe and comfortable the entire time. Unfortunately, the weather was not perfect and we had some rain, but that was obviously outside of everyone’s control. Even with that, he still gave us a beautiful ride and took us to a gorgeous island. One thing I especially appreciated was how kind and patient he was with our group. We were a mixed group of Spanish and English speakers, and for many of us English is a second language. He was always respectful, patient, and willing to repeat or explain things when needed. That level of kindness and professionalism really stood out to all of us. He also went above and beyond after the trip by helping us resolve a partial refund due to the weather interruption, and everything was handled quickly and professionally. Honestly, nothing bad to say at all. Amazing experience, amazing attitude, and excellent customer service from start to finish. I would definitely book with him again if I return to St. Augustine.

   Had such a great time out in PCB with Trent!! Everything about the day was smooth and easygoing from the moment we got on the boat. The service was great, the atmosphere was fun, and getting out in the water made the whole experience even better. You can tell Trent really knows how to create a good time and make everyone feel comfortable. Definitely one of the best boat days I’ve had in PCB.

   We had an AMAZING time with Trent! His boat was new, so clean and gorgeous! We went to a private sand bar, saw dolphins and went to Crab Island, it was a perfect day!! I can’t wait to come back next year!!!

   I had the best Mothers Day with my kids on this boat!! Communication was easy. Our captain was awesome. Took us wherever we wanted to go. The boat was fantastic. Loved the slide. Will definitely book with them again!

   This was such an amazing experience. We got to see so many dolphins , swim, collect sea shells. Trenton’s communication was great!!! I felt very safe throughout the whole ride!!! 10/10 recommend and will definitely be back
