The captain went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a great time. The boat was clean, the ride was smooth.    10/10 experience — I would absolutely book with him again. The owner was also our captain, and he was exceptional from beginning to end. He was incredibly communicative, professional, respectful, patient, and attentive throughout the entire process. He constantly checked the weather, kept us informed, answered every question, and made sure we felt safe and comfortable the entire time. Unfortunately, the weather was not perfect and we had some rain, but that was obviously outside of everyone’s control. Even with that, he still gave us a beautiful ride and took us to a gorgeous island. One thing I especially appreciated was how kind and patient he was with our group. We were a mixed group of Spanish and English speakers, and for many of us English is a second language. He was always respectful, patient, and willing to repeat or explain things when needed. That level of kindness and professionalism really stood out to all of us. He also went above and beyond after the trip by helping us resolve a partial refund due to the weather interruption, and everything was handled quickly and professionally. Honestly, nothing bad to say at all. Amazing experience, amazing attitude, and excellent customer service from start to finish. I would definitely book with him again if I return to St. Augustine.

   This was a great experience, and the boat was even larger and better stocked with free add-ons than we expected. We had plenty of space for 12 adults and had a thorough walk through of the vessel before departure. Appreciate the fast communication and accessibility! Thanks for a great time!

   This was our favorite experience of the vacation. From the beautiful boat, pristine beaches we were able to reach and the dolphins jumping in the ocean, it was an experience memories are made of. A must do for any trip to Marco Island.

   What a great experience! The boat was clean and just what we were looking for. We spent a few lay days on the canals in Punta Gorda and this boat did everything we needed it to. Captain John was helpful and kept in touch throughout the process.
