Lagoon Wildlife Adventure & Lunch on Private Islet

Depuis plus de 20 ans, notre famille fait découvrir la faune et la flore du lagon de Moorea. Plus encore, nous plongeons les visiteurs dans un univers inconnu: la culture polynésienne. Tout d’abord, notre excursion est familiale et intime. Toujours en petit groupe, nous vous partageons notre enfance et notre culture. Le tour débute dans le sanctuaire à tortue de Moorea. Vous nagerez parmi les tortues et rencontrerez peut-être Ohure Pio. Doyenne de ce sanctuaire, cette tortue a été secourue par Taina en 2007. Depuis, elles sont plus d'une quinzaine à vivre à nos côtés. Vous nagerez aussi avec les raies léopards, les raies pastenagues et les requins de récif. Vous découvrirez ensuite des sculptures immergées, très importantes dans notre culture, appelées « Tiki ».  Si vous êtes moins à l’aise dans l’eau, nous vous invitons à monter à bord du Honu Kea, notre bateau à fond de verre. Grâce à lui, vous pourrez profiter pleinement du monde aquatique et de manière extrêmement confortable. Mais Captain Taina c’est aussi un motu familial et privé, qui vous sera entièrement réservé pour un déjeuner inoubliable.  Sur cette petite île déserte paradisiaque, nous vous servirons un menu local avec des produits frais de notre île. Tout d’abord, place à la dégustation de rhum de Moorea, accompagné de son jus d’ananas local ! Puis, vous aurez un cours de cuisine pour apprendre à préparer le vrai poisson cru à la tahitienne. Enfin, à table ! Dégustez nos brochettes de poulet et de poisson grillé au barbecue. Selon l’arrivage de nos pêcheurs (saumons des dieux, Meka ou espadons) vous dégusterez un poisson fraîchement pêché dans nos eaux polynésiennes.  Seul au monde sur cette île déserte, passez un moment inoubliable, en amoureux, en famille ou entre amis.   English : For more than 20 years, our family has been sharing the wonders of Moorea's lagoon and its wildlife, in a very sustainable and respectful way. Always in small groups, our tour garantie intimacy and high comfort. Our tour starts in a turtle sanctuary where you'll be able to swim among them. You might see Ohure Pio, a green turtle that was rescued by Taina in the past ! Now there are about 16 of them living by our side. Afterwards, observe magnificent schools of fish, sting rays, eagle rays and reef sharks. Also, discover sacred and ancient sculptures called "tiki", that were brought into the sea. For the less experienced in the water, enjoy the marine landscapes and its animals on the Honu Kea, the Glass bottom boat. It is an easy and amazing way to discover the lagoon ! Next, we welcome you to our family's private Motu. It is a coral island entirely at your disposal where you'll enjoy a delicious meal with fresh and local ingredients. Start by tasting the Rum of the island, you'll love it ! Then, learn how to make the Tahitian raw fish salad with coconut milk, try some chicken kebabs and grilled fish and fruits from the island. Depending on what our local fishermen catch (swordfish, Opah or Meka), you'll enjoy fresh fish directly caught from the Polynesian waters. After lunch, appreciate the calm and tranquility in the shade, on the beach or discover more by swimming around this beautiful Motu.
