   We booked so we could go to Crab Island on a girls trip, it was 5 of us and we are honestly so impressed with the level of hospitality and respect we received from Captain Casey. It was refreshing to have such great conversation and comfortable vibes from a man around 5 women. He spoke to us about his wife and all the cool things he had done in his life and has great taste in music! He made us feel very safe in every aspect and we are all so grateful and elated with our experience. Do not pass up the opportunity to book with them! You truly won’t regret having the nicest time with Captain Casey, he sets the tone for great energy and the best day no matter what!

   This was our first time booking a boat so I was nervous. Amal made this very easy and gave such great detail to any questions we had. The boat was beautiful!!! It was so comfortable and clean. Her staff was extremely sweet and was always filling our drinks or seeing what else we needed. Absolutely recommend!!

   We had an absolutely wonderful experience and we give that thanks to Captain Shane. His knowledge, professionalism, and his ability to connect with others, stood out from the beginning. He made everyone feel comfortable, welcomed, and included the entire experience. What impressed me most was how attentive and accommodating he was to everyone’s needs, making sure each and every person was enjoying themselves and taken care of. Captain Shane’s friendly personality and people skills created the best relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. Captain Shane’s experience and positive attitude made this trip memorable. I’d highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for excellent service, great communication and in need of an amazing Captain. Until next time Captain Shane!!

   Great boat! The owners made the pick up and drop off a breeze. Everything works great. The starting location is very centrally located to go to all the great spots.

   This boat company was great & professional. Captain John was nice & friendly!The only areas of opportunity, lboat company recommended a couple of food options to bring to the boat ride. We chose Becca’s Boards as it offers charcuterie and crudites.Fully paid.I planned this “Mother’s Day” boat ocean fun first week of May.Booked May 2 to be exact.Text messages confirmed. Then,last Friday late afternoon,I got a text asking if she can deliver Sun AM asking me if I am “local” (OC).I responded to let her know Sun. morning is my church day then we’ll go straight to the dock.Boat dock parking area was the agreed delivery spot.It will not be ideal to leave the charcuterie boxes & crudity I ordered inside the car while am at church.Upon sending that info, I was hopeful,she will figure it out.As other normal businesses will do.Then a day before Mother’s Day,she sent a text cancelling my order & offering to refund via PayPal. I don’t have PayPal.The delivery of cancellation message was very unprofessional.Most importantly you are cancelling a client day before the paid service,no phone call to ask where to refund, etc. At least be nice about it.She just dictated how she wants to refund.Coming off as a VERY ENTITLED PERSON.Just because it’s her Mother’s Day too, doesn’t mean she has the right to make it inconvenient to customers.A professional business person would not accept orders if you don’t want to provide service on Mother’s Day.Awful customer experience from Becca Boards.

   This was the best activity we could have booked while staying in Laughlin. I could have been on that boat everyday our entire vacation. Captain Shane was amazing. we kept him out way past curfew and he was willing to adjust his time for us. he was pleasant and informative and fun!!! thank you so much for the highlight of our trip. if we ever make it back we will be calling for Shane again. if any of you reading this review are hesitant on booking just do it! book the trip, book the boat, book the captain, you will have the best time ever!!!!! THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!!!!!
