   We had a perfect afternoon on the water for my bachelorette trip! Captain Kraig was fantastic and made sure everyone was comfortable and having fun. The boat is gorgeous and had plenty of room for us to spread out and relax. Highly recommend booking a boat day with Captain Kraig!

   This boat company was great & professional. Captain John was nice & friendly!The only areas of opportunity, lboat company recommended a couple of food options to bring to the boat ride. We chose Becca’s Boards as it offers charcuterie and crudites.Fully paid.I planned this “Mother’s Day” boat ocean fun first week of May.Booked May 2 to be exact.Text messages confirmed. Then,last Friday late afternoon,I got a text asking if she can deliver Sun AM asking me if I am “local” (OC).I responded to let her know Sun. morning is my church day then we’ll go straight to the dock.Boat dock parking area was the agreed delivery spot.It will not be ideal to leave the charcuterie boxes & crudity I ordered inside the car while am at church.Upon sending that info, I was hopeful,she will figure it out.As other normal businesses will do.Then a day before Mother’s Day,she sent a text cancelling my order & offering to refund via PayPal. I don’t have PayPal.The delivery of cancellation message was very unprofessional.Most importantly you are cancelling a client day before the paid service,no phone call to ask where to refund, etc. At least be nice about it.She just dictated how she wants to refund.Coming off as a VERY ENTITLED PERSON.Just because it’s her Mother’s Day too, doesn’t mean she has the right to make it inconvenient to customers.A professional business person would not accept orders if you don’t want to provide service on Mother’s Day.Awful customer experience from Becca Boards.

   Captain Chris is the BEST!! We had a bachelorette party of 6 girls and had the best time ever. We felt extremely safe and Chris took us to all these gorgeous little islands. He also took us to see dolphins and we were so close to them! Couldn’t recommend him enough!

   We had an amazing trip with Kraig! We were in town for a bachelorette party and there could not have been a better vessel and captain for our group! If you’re thinking of booking a boat day, look no further!

   We had a fantastic day with Frank! We booked the tour in advance since we arrived in Nassau on a cruise ship. He picked us up just a few meters from the ship, and we headed straight to some truly amazing spots. We went fishing and snorkeling and even visited the swimming pigs. I can wholeheartedly recommend Frank to everyone. If we ever return to Nassau, we will definitely book Frank again.

   I would recommend her for anyone but particularly young families or women only trips, as Shelly is knowledgeable and safe in her ability to get you to where you’re going and where you want to be. She brought a lot of extras along on her boat that not all boats have. We have been on other trips with other captains that have made us uncomfortable, but Shelly was as normal as they come and fun to be around. It felt like we had known her a long time.
