   It’s not that things never go wrong, but rather how you respond when they do. We had a mixup with the pick up location. No problem, Rosaly extended the rental time. Couldn’t get the seat off to refuel, no problem reduced refueling fee to fair price. Equipment was great, we had lots of fun.

   I love the service these guys provided for us! We brought mini coolers to strap on the vessel at the last minute and they brought ropes and helped us tie down the coolers so we can cruise around the lake before getting to party cove! These jet skis were super fast so be prepared lol! I would recommended these jet skis to anyone. The experience was amazing

   We had an amazing day on both Seadoos! Rosaly was very easy to work with and had great communication throughout the reservation process and even after drop off. He made it easy for us to start the fun right away; we just showed up to the launch and off we went. The Seadoos were in impeccable condition. I would definitely rent from Rosaly again!

   David and April are the best and they ensured our trip was PHENOMENAL! They responded quickly and clearly to all messages and provided exceptional customer service throughout the entire experience. Our day on the water was beautiful. David allowed us to extend our reservation and gave us suggestions for the best spots to check out. I couldn’t say enough about this owner.

   With all the new rules it was a little confusing but after talking to them it was easy. We had our families get a nice spot on Nevada Beach and picked up the skis a few miles down the road. Skis were awesome and full of gas and well maintained. Has them for a full 4 hours and can literally say we were all exhausted. We swapped off every 30 min or so and had a amazing time. Thank you again and highly recommended!!! Best value in Tahoe

   Bo was great in communicating where we would be meeting and helped us with any questions. He also gave me some guidelines the day before on where to meet & what to expect for our adventure.
