   We had a wonderful time on Ali's boat on Folsom Lake. Ali was a perfect host. He has such a great, welcoming attitude. He explained everything to us and we felt confident handling the boat. It was an amazing experience for our whole group ages 4 years to 69 years. We also loved the raft and all took turns riding behind the boat. We'll be back.

   Our family had an absolutely incredible experience! Captain James was outstanding. He was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and made everyone feel comfortable from the start. The boys had an absolute blast tubing. We also enjoyed exploring beautiful Lake Norman, relaxing, and taking in the scenery. The convenience of being picked up right at our Airbnb made the experience even better. Most importantly, this was one of those experiences where lifelong family memories were made. Those are priceless. If you're looking for a professional, fun, and stress-free day on Lake Norman, I can't recommend Heath and Captain James highly enough. We would absolutely book with them again the next time we're in the area!

   The sunset boat cruise we took last night was absolutely awesome! The captain was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and made the entire experience enjoyable from start to finish. The ride was both relaxing and adventurous at the same time, offering the perfect balance of breathtaking views and fun on the water. The communication and customer service before the trip, as well as during boarding, were phenomenal. Everything was well organized and we felt welcome and taken care of throughout the experience. I highly recommend this cruise to anyone looking for a memorable evening on the water.

   Could not recommend more!! I booked for a birthday and was so impressed. First off, the customer service was amazing from time of booking to getting off the water. Troy called before and made sure we had any questions answered as well as just general chat about what we wanted the day to look like. Second, we had SO much fun on the water and our captain Jerry, and first mate Hannah were so welcoming and accommodating. They set us all up with games, made sure our drinks were filled, took group photos, and provided such a fun and safe experience. I will be sending all my friends this way because it was truly such an awesome day!

   We had an amazing time with Captain James, we did some cruising, swimming and tubing and everyone had a great time. Very knowledgeable, funny and personable. 100% would book again!!!

   We had the absolute best time on the lake over Memorial Day weekend with Austin as our captain! He was incredibly accommodating, professional, and made sure everyone had an amazing experience from start to finish. The boat itself was beautiful, spotless, and extremely well taken care of. You can tell he truly takes pride in both his boat and the experience he provides. Between the perfect day on the water, great atmosphere, and top-notch hospitality, it could not have been a better trip. Highly recommend booking with Austin if you’re looking for an unforgettable day on the lake!
