   Everything about this trip was amazing from beginning to end. The captain and co captain helped us on and off the boat. Ensured all our valuables was safe and secured. Ensured we was all OK through out the ride. They was even a lil entertained by the music we was playing despite them not speaking English well. My entire crew had a blast and i will definitely recommend to others. Thanks to the captain and co captain for showing us a great time despite us being over anhr late upon arrival.

   We booked the fishing experience with Luis Enrique for 9am, he suggested to arrive at 8am or earlier. We arrived to the marina at 7:30am but nobody was there, we made several calls and someone reached out telling us that the booking was for 9am and we were to early.We waited longer than that, a taxi boat pick us up at the marina around 9:20am. They apologize for the inconveniences and miscommunication, offered us an extra hour on the boat as compensation. We were really excited to catch something but we didn't, maybe because for the late departure. Please make sure your booking match your confirmation time with the vendor. The boat was fair and comfortable, the served some ceviche and guacamole for everyone, and we got an opportunity to watch the Wales and swim at the beach. It wasn't completely amazing but it was good .

   Great experience! The boat is beautiful and spacious. We were a group of 12 and not once did it feel small. Juan and staff put together a great itinerary and even helped with catering. Will definitely be booking again

   10/10 would recommend booking with West. From inquiry to day of, the communication with West was great.The boat is gorgeous and spacious. My friends and I enjoyed the experience and would definitely book again.

   Juan and his crew were fantastic, professional, courteous, and they put together a great itinerary for us. I highly recommend working with Juan if you’re going to book a yacht. The best!
