When we arrived for this evening's cruise, we were greeted with a worst-case scenario. The 30 foot Monterey express cruiser we had booked was unfit for service. But Instead of trying to get us to reschedule the same $300/hr cruiser, Will immediately and voluntarily upgraded us to a beautifully-maintained 45 ft Princess with a flydeck that cost $450/hr for the same price as the Monterey! Once we boarded, he provided continuity of serive so that my wife and I and our Shih Tzu furbaby I had everything we needed up in the spacious flydeck while he navigated from the cabin below. We were in the mood for a soothing sunset cruise down the Intercoastal, and that's exactly what we enjoyed with a skillful and courteous Captain in command. My family and I had a great time on this boat! Frank and Aldred had great communication and explained everything thoroughly. The boat was clean and spacious for our party of 8ppl. Daniel our captain was very calm and chill. It wasn't the vibe we were going for on our trip but he was very polite, I'm sure it works for others. Overall we had an amazing time and are definitely coming back!

Captain Eddie was the best communicator, and a very accommodating captain. He was great about reaching out to confirm timing and where to meet, and to make sure all of our needs were met. We boarded 15 minutes early (as requested), he went over the entire boat - safety equipment, kitchen, restroom/changing area, refrigerator/water, and how to connect to Bluetooth for music. We drove south toward Miami and found a great sandbar at the Haulover Inlet where he gladly set out the floating mat for us to enjoy. The icing on the cake was his stewardess, Erica, who was very sweet and attentive, without being under foot. She was always one step ahead of us, making sure our music was set up, and having towels/water/drinks placed on the bow of the boat. She was also very helpful to Captain Eddie with the anchor and docking. We were in great hands for our girls trip, and they surely helped make it a memorable one. Many thanks to you both!! What an amazing yacht trip to add to our bachelorette itinerary! Captain Eddie and his team (including his little pup) were so accommodating and helpful. I know longer trips are more common, and a full or half day on this yacht would have been great, but even just our 2 hour trip that we could squeeze into our schedule was the perfect experience, relaxing, fun, and entertaining to see all of the mansions an yachts in this area. Would recommend 100%!
