   Having done online booking, we arrived at the boat rental address, the men that helped us were friendly and polite. They helped load the boat on our car and we were off. It was how things should be when one makes advanced reservations. Everything worked as it should, we rented a 2 person kayak.

   Can’t say enough nice things about Vince. He met all expectations as far as being there with all 5 kayaks, in great condition with quality paddles and life vests, and ready to go before we were. He exceeded all expectations with his friendliness, willingness to accommodate our schedule and trip, and ease of communication. It was a great day on the river and we will definitely go through him again the next time we go for a paddle
