Chad is professional and friendly. He provided informative and timely updates leading prior to our reservation. The Tritoon Pontoon Boat was clean and well maintained. Perfect for tubing or skiing!! He spent at least 2 hours showing us around the lake and helping me get up on the Slalom ski. He gave my family and I an unforgettable experience!!

Super host! He was there at the ramp all set up, with great instructions and the loan of a waterproof cell phone pouch, punctual perfection at pickup, and just a nice guy. Made a lovely morning on the lake. I'll use his cute little green kayak again.

We unfortunately had a colder and windy/cloudy day for our boat rental but Dale our captain helped us make the best of it. He found us an area blocked by the wind so it was warmer. He was friendly, full of info about the lake, and a great captain. The boat was spacious and as shown in pictures. If we come back to this area we will for sure rent again!

Kayak Rental on Reeds Lake, East Grand Rapids

We had a great experience renting from Callie! We made our plans last minute and she was very responsive. Kayaks and carts are in great condition. Parking is convenient across the street from her house. It’s an easy walk from there to the boat launch. Public restrooms are available at the EGR public library right next to the boat launch. We will definitely be renting from Callie again!
