He also offered food and beverages which he did not need to nor was in the description. He went above and beyond with the service and delivered. He also gave us some facts about Puerto Rico. Thank you Ellen for helping organize our recent boat day — the experience on the water was beautiful, and we really appreciated the opportunity to get out and enjoy it. That said, I wanted to share some honest feedback. I’ve used your services in the past and remembered there being more generous inclusions, especially when it came to food and drinks. This time, the only lunch food offered was cheeseburgers, and there were little to no drinks provided — including alcohol. You had mentioned we only needed to bring towels and sunscreen, so we were caught off guard and had to purchase alcohol ourselves. Given the cost of the day, we were expecting more to be included, based on our previous experiences. It ended up being an additional and unexpected expense, which was disappointing. You also mentioned that you’d be refunding me for the first mate. Could you let me know how and when I can expect to receive that?

Wow wow wow!!!! What an amazing experience. Captain Frank knew everything about the area. He gave us a fantastic experience during our time on the water. We visited multiple mangroves and had a wonderful night swimming in the bioluminescent bay. Captain Frank exceptional service and when we visit here we will be reaching out again!

Private Boat Rental and Tour of Rincon and Western Puerto Rico

We had a terrific day with Frank on his boat touring and snorkeling. He was very communicative organizing our trip and worked hard to make sure everyone felt comfortable, safe and on vacation. We visited two great snorkeling sotes; Frank was very knowledgeable on snorkeling and dive sites as well as fishing and surfing destinations We’d happily come back to experience more of Puerto Rico from the sea with Frank. Frank is a very experienced captain. All five of us enjoyed his company, his professionalism - and his very comfortable boat.
