Sergio and the entire crew were extremely professional, kind, attentive, and truly outstanding. The food was delicious, the drinks were well made, and the chef even prepared a special meal for the kids on board, which was very much appreciated. The catamaran itself was exactly as advertised clean, spacious, and exactly as shown in the photos. Tanya, the booking representative, surprised us with a cake, birthday decorations, and a birthday sign, which was a thoughtful and appreciated touch. Overall, the onboard experience felt very luxurious. That said, I do wish it had been communicated to us prior to departure that we would not be able to go to Playa Norte due to the weather. We were unaware this stop would not be possible, and had we known in advance, I would have preferred to reschedule. The water was extremely choppy, and unfortunately every person on board became sick. I have chartered boats many times, and this was by far the worst conditions we have ever been in. When I later shared this feedback with Tanya, I felt the response was dismissive rather than receptive. I was told that I should simply be appreciative of the birthday surprise, rather than having my concerns acknowledged. I was also told that the crew would now “be in trouble with the boat owner” because of my feedback, which felt inappropriate and unfair. This was especially concerning given that my message repeatedly emphasized how exceptional the crew was and that they did nothing wrong. They provided outstanding service under challenging conditions. I am still rating this experience five stars because the crew truly deserves full recognition for their professionalism and care. With clearer communication ahead of time and a more constructive approach to feedback, this experience could have been flawless.

My friends and I had a wonderful experience; Brent was a great captain and ensured smooth sailing throughout. Boat was spacious enough for the 25 of us to enjoy our dinner, move around and chat, and take awesome pictures. Overall had a really fun time and would 100% recommend to anyone looking to host a party.

TJ was an amazing captain and made our day on Lake Washington so easy and fun. She took us around the lake, gave a great tour, and shared really helpful boating tips along the way. I chartered the boat Aquarius as a birthday surprise for my husband, and it turned out to be a truly fabulous experience. Vaughn, the captain and owner, was incredibly responsive and communicative throughout the entire process. He took care of everything for me. From getting my husband’s favorite beer and my drink of choice, to arranging round-trip taxi service, a photographer, and a videographer, the entire experience was completely seamless. I truly appreciated the thoughtful touches: the beautifully decorated boat, the fun of catching fish along the way, and the insightful information Vaughn shared about Jamaica and the specific stops we made. Most of all, Vaughn and his crew made us feel so comfortable and well taken care of the entire time. This experience exceeded every expectation. Truly a 10/10—no notes. I would absolutely book again and highly recommend Aquarius, Vaughn, and his amazing crew to anyone looking for an unforgettable day on the water.

Very knowledgeable and accommodating for our group. They were able to pick up and drop off from the resort and they provided a great itinerary and gave us options of how we wanted to spend the afternoon. It didn’t feel like we were being rushed. Snorkeling gear and soft drinks on board was a plus. Only feedback is the boat itself was a bit dated and worn vs the photos presented

If you’re looking for a day full of memories you will never forget, you don’t need to look any farther. The captain and crew were incredible and made the whole trip extremely enjoyable. The drinks, food and service was fantastic. We enjoyed the boat, sound system, the snorkeling and we saw so many whales. It was truly an incredible day ! It’s the best way to relax and see Cabo and experience some of the best snorkeling, delicious food and wonderful memories
