What You Can Expect:
Wave 1 Course (Beginner)
Students will acquire an understanding of freediving techniques and basic theoretical knowledge in freediving Students should leave with basic competence and with the confidence to freedive with a buddy of equivalent experience. Students should also finish the course with a clear idea of how to further improve their freediving ability and the steps they need to take to do so.
Wave 2 Course (Intermediate) Course duration: 3-4 days Less
Students will develop a better ability to control their bodies and behaviors during the dive. Students will have the confidence to freedive with a buddy of equivalent experience.
Students will learn the following:
• Freediving theory • Exploring different breathe-up models and improvement of pre-dive / post-dive breathing techniques. • Mastery of air control, advanced Frenzel equalization and an understanding of hands free equalisation • Development of flexibility in the chest and lungs • Improvement of freediving techniques in all disciplines
Wave 3 Course (Advance) Course duration: 4-5 days Less
Students should leave with an advanced level of competence and with the confidence to freedive with a buddy of equivalent experience. Students should develop the ability to relax deeper into their dives, and master various equalization and freediving techniques.
Objectives:
• Have awareness of the ancient and modern practice of freediving and the basis on which we freedive today • Explain the physiological effects of nitrogen narcosis • Perform advanced breathing techniques, such as lung packing and reverse packing
Base Training 2 hours
After you finish your Molchanovs course, you can join the Molchanovs training community. Each week, a new training plan is published for each freediving level which may include exercises for the pool, dry exercises, drills or equalization and methods to improve technique.

We have a variety of dive sites, with different habitats and stunning corals. Once you've seen the hidden treasure under the surface, you always want to go back. It is the amazing nature of the underwater world.

BOHOL, PHILIPPINES has a great wide variety of dive sites. It has everything the reefs, different kinds of corals, walls, big and small fishes, starfishes and other marine life under the sea. A good point to start is Panglao, a small island known for its acute beach resorts and several dive sites. Trips going to nearby islands of Balicasag, Pamilacan and Cabilao can be organized from here. It is not advisable to go on your won. It is difficult to find your way, even local divers got lost, so don&rsquo;t be very excited. You can find a nice snorkeling around the northwest and southwest coast. This area is filled with lots of sea stars, sea snakes and corals. Another great place is the island of Balicasag. This small island lies about 10km south-west of Panglao. It is surrounded by a coral reef for great diving and snorkeling. On the southern side is a 400m Marine Sanctuary which is protected which local inhabitants know and respect. A great number of different sharks are seen from December to January. Balicasag is always a great dive. Another island connected to the west coast of Bohol which has some of the best diving sites in the Philippines is Cabilao Island. The sea surrounding the island is remarkably clear. Very suitable for diving and snorkeling. Cabilao is a great site of snorkeling although some shallow parts have been destroyed bye strong currents and typhoons. Amidst of this, Cabilao still ranks among the most beautiful island in the Philippines. The water temperature in these areas vary between 26 and 30 degrees Celsius. They can fall during the months of February until May. 3mm neoprime wet suit is normally sufficient. The water visibility is between 20 to 30 meters. Dive Rates:
