My friends and I had a great time on the boat yesterday but the communication needs to be better between the owner of the boat/ listing and the captain. First, there was a last minute address change 3 hours before arrival, then they tried to get us to pay extra for the ‘extra’ cars we had when it was not our fault that the address changed and it was not made known that only 4 cars were allowed. Then there was a problem with either the free jetski or extra hour that caused a whole back and forth between us and the captain. It was just a lot of things that could have been addressed or handled a couple of days before instead of the day of when we are trying to enjoy a day out on the boat. Otherwise we had a good time. The boat is well kept and it fit our party comfortably. German was a good captain and did the best with the information he had. I would definitely book again as long as the communication is better!
