Glow Diving Trip in Phuket, Thailand

Phuket's first and only fluorescent scuba diving adventure. Glow diving with the latest ultraviolet lights and filters. Coral colors divers never knew existed. Imagine diving at night and being able to see sea life in fluorescent colors. It’s possible, with special underwater diving lights and filters, and it’s called Glow Diving (aka Flo Diving, Fluorescent Diving, and other names). Fluorescence occurs when an object absorbs light of one color (wavelength) and then re-emits light of a different color. Do you remember the novelty shop posters that fluoresce under ultraviolet (UV) light? That’s a good example of fluorescence. Itinerary – When and what we will do. Our Itinerary are night dives dives so we leave late and arrive back to our homes or hotels late.  Expect times to be from 3pm to 10pm.  The 2 dive Glow dive starts off with 1 dive at the dive site pre-dusk for divers to introduce the dive site in the daylight.  Then after the sun sets and we pull out our glow torches, the colors and fun begins! These dives include customer pickup and delivery, tanks, weights, snacks and dinner. 15:00   Customer Pickup 16:00   Check-in at Pier 16:30   Ship Departs – Boat and dive briefings along with a special Glow Dive briefing by the Glow Guide. 17:15   Daylight Orientation Dive 18:15   Dinner 19:15   Glow Dive 21:00   Arrive back to Pier 22:00   Customer Drop-ff KATA REEF This is the itinerary for the 1 dive Kata Reef shore dive. Short and simple. 18:00 Meet at the designated shore spot on the northern side of Kata Beach for friefing 19:00 Hit the water for Glow Dive 20:00 Return to the beach just in time to get ready for dinner and hit the town.  Price - 2900 THB / Person
