Default/Cancellation This agreement is not cancelable nor refundable, unless you cancel 1 day (100% Refund) or the of day (50% Refund) before the charter. Should weather not permit safe charter conditions, a full refund, a rain check or credit of the charter fee will be issued with no expiration. Owner may cancel the charter at any time during or prior to the scheduled sailing day without refund if the Charterer demonstrates a lack of skill, judgment or misrepresentation of ability in the management of the Yacht. We try our best to keep our boats and yachts in perfect condition however in certain circumstances boats do break and it is out of our control. By accepting this reservation you understand that should there be a problem with this boat, we're authorized to change you to a boat of similar size and price. This charter is being operated as a bareboat charter.  Getmyboat will collect the Boat Cost and Captain Cost together when you book your trip, but as this is a bareboat charter you will be asked to select a captain separately who will be paid directly by Getmyboat to ensure compliance with current regulations. **Prices may vary on holidays**
