   Jordan is kind, knowledgeable and an exceptional owner to rent from! He is responsive, gives clear directions and we truly enjoyed our day out on his boat. The sandbar was an awesome hang out spot and we can't wait to do it again! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

   For my wife's birthday, I booked a 3-hour cruise with Family Affair Charters through the GetMyBoat website, and I can honestly say it exceeded expectation. The experience was outstanding. The booking process was simple, straightforward, and well explained. Within an hour of submitting my inquiry, I received a detailed quote along with helpful information that made planning easy. I decided to add a couple extras for my wife's birthday and Joy was incredibly accommodating. About two weeks before our trip, I received a text with all the details, directions, and instructions needed for a smooth experience. Communication throughout the process was excellent. Whether by text or email, Joy was always responsive, friendly, and eager to help answer any questions. The day of the cruise was fantastic. The vessel was clean, well maintained, and spacious. There were four adults in our group, and we had plenty of room to relax, enjoy the views, and make ourselves at home. Having full access to the boat made the experience feel even more personal. The Captain is knowledgeable about the local area and shared information throughout the cruise. Joy is an exceptional host. From greeting us at the dock to ensuring we were comfortable and well taken care of for the entire trip, her attention to detail and warm hospitality stood out. After a quick safety briefing, we set off for a relaxing and memorable adventure. Everything was seamless, enjoyable, and thoughtfully planned. It was exactly the kind of experience you hope for when celebrating a special occasion. The charter was the highlight of our weekend getaway and created memories that we'll be talking about for years to come. I couldn't have asked for a better birthday experience for my wife.    Jeff was a fantastic captain! Accommodating, fun, easy going. A world of difference in experience and cost from the outfitter we used a few days earlier. Go with Jeff! You won’t regret it! He brought along the E-foil and we all got a chance to try it out which was totally unexpected and such a treat!

   Absolutely recommend! Santiago was a great captain and Rosa was absolutely delightful. It was a perfect day on the water seeing Isla Mujeres, snorkeling, and just enjoying. 10/10 would do again!

   Great Captain and wonderful day. He was well prepared and had plenty of beverages on board. We had a nice breakfast and wonderful lunch prepared just for us. We also had chairs waiting for us on the Island so we wouldn't have to fight the crowd.
