   We had the most incredible day out on the water with this boat charter! From start to finish, everything was seamless and professional. The boat was spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. Our captain was friendly, knowledgeable, and went out of their way to make sure everyone was having a great time. Highly recommend this charter to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing time on the water — we’ll definitely be booking again!

   Laszlo was great. Very accommodating and understanding. He was 20 minutes early and completely ready to launch by the time we got there. We had all the necessary communication. Luckily I was booking in November, so it’s not a busy time, so I was able to reschedule a couple times due to weather. Laszlo was cool with either moving dates or giving a break in price if we did have a rain day. That’s how you get repeat customers and future business. I definitely would recommend him and I will use him again whenever needed.

   We booked the fishing experience with Luis Enrique for 9am, he suggested to arrive at 8am or earlier. We arrived to the marina at 7:30am but nobody was there, we made several calls and someone reached out telling us that the booking was for 9am and we were to early.We waited longer than that, a taxi boat pick us up at the marina around 9:20am. They apologize for the inconveniences and miscommunication, offered us an extra hour on the boat as compensation. We were really excited to catch something but we didn't, maybe because for the late departure. Please make sure your booking match your confirmation time with the vendor. The boat was fair and comfortable, the served some ceviche and guacamole for everyone, and we got an opportunity to watch the Wales and swim at the beach. It wasn't completely amazing but it was good .

   Ronald was an incredible captain, I would 10 out of 10 book him again! His boat comfortably fit 10 adults and had plenty of space for food and drinks. He created a great itinerary that included swimming at a sand bar and cruising around the Gulf. He was so communicative leading up to the trip and made such an incredible experience. Highly recommend!
