   Frank was a great captain!! And he made my birthday extra special! He was able to make special accommodations for us, and everything went smoothly. Will definitely use him for future boat rides. Thank you again!

   We had a group of 12 and overall we had a good trip. I want to preface that my rating has more to do with the captain than Frank. When we arrived at the boat, everything was wet, we understand it had rained the night before but the captain hadn’t attempted to wipe anything down. We asked if he had a towel so we could start wiping it down but he didn’t so we used our own. Really not a big deal but wasn’t necessarily the best start. Then at our first stop he was unable to anchor the boat close enough to the island for us to get out so he had to reposition multiple times and two guys in our group ended up helping pull up and redrop the anchors. We went to an island to look for shells and then John’s pass which is where we were able to use the slide and kids could swim. We asked if there was another spot we could go to after and he said that was it. Our understanding from booking with Frank is that we could choose the itinerary (understandably within reason) and so we booked the boat for 6 hours. We spent ~5 of those hours in the same spot. Had we known we couldn’t go anywhere else we would’ve booked for a much shorter time frame. Frank was very responsive, apologized and said he’d address it with the captain and offered us a discount on a future booking which was very generous but we were visiting from out of state so we probably won’t be able to rebook. Overall we had a fun trip and the captain was nice but just not what we expected.
