   Perfection! There are so many boats and tours and options to choose from,- this was perfect for us. They communicated quickly clearly, and we were fairly high maintenance with needs for my husband as a type one diabetic and specific beverage request. They did it all Crew was fabulous and took care of our every need - never needed to ask for a thing. Our transportation was delayed by an hour due to construction traffic, but they still honored our full time. That was huge Jesed was so sweet and as excited for our trip as we were. You will not go wrong booking with them!

   This experience was by far the highlight of the trip. Four couples traveling for a 50th birthday celebration and Alex and his team did not disappoint. The communication was on point from the very first inquiry. When we arrived, everything was ready for us, decorations, drinks we requested and most importantly, impeccable service. Our captain was laid back and chilled. The stewards attended to everyone’s needs without hesitation. And the chef slayed in the kitchen. The food, OMG, was AWESOME! I highly recommend Alex and his crew for your yacht experience. You will not be disappointed!!

   awesome crew! caleb was attentive and friendly and the boat itself was perfect for our group. our group likes to drink so we ran the bar out of liquor but the team was quick to make up for it and ensure we still had a good time. itinerary was suited perfectly for our needs and we were lucky enough to have had a great day of sailing with smooth waters and perfect weather. loved the experience and would highly recommend. only tip i would suggest is to bring mineral based sunscreen/tanning oil with zinc oxide, titanium dioxide and no chemicals (oxybenzone, octinoxate, and octocrylene). they offer options at the dock to purchase but you can save yourself some money doing that. try to bring cash for the dock fee and tip so you arent charged the 5% fee. they were on time with departure and return so no need to give yourself too much of a time buffer for shuttle service. overall great experience with 0 problems, loved every minute of it, especially our time in the water at the beach at isla mujeres! thank you!

   Jesed met us at our dropoff and quickly got us onboard and on our way. The boat was as shown and advertised and the captain and crew were very accomodating and excellent. We had a great time for the one hour jet ski, and then anchored at a wonderful beach for some relaxation and Ismail went and picked up our lunch and brought to the boat....then over to some great snorkeling and return to dock. 6 hours was perfect for us and would recommend Jesed, the boat and crew to anyone!

   My family of 11 rented the boat for 8 hours. We had a great time! The boat was well maintained and the staff were very kind and helpful. I definitely recommend Alex's team to anyone looking to rent a boat in Cancun.

   Tanya was an excellent host. Her communication is second to none. She thoroughly answered all questions and quickly helped to address any concerns to put our minds at ease. The boat was absolutely incredible, and the level of professionalism and service from the crew was literally perfect. The food and drinks were delicious and plentiful. They customized our trip itinerary to our desires within the confines of what the conditions would safely allow. I would absolutely recommend Tanya ("Captain") to anyone looking for a memorable day. There may be some slightly cheaper options, but you absolutely get what you pay for. This was the one of the most special days of our lives! Thank you!!!
