Wonderful driver. Very nice and comfortable boat. Excellent delivery on being ready for us at scheduled time. Super easy rental process. Excellent communication in advance of our outing so we could be properly prepared and know just what to expect.

We arrive alittle before 11 and the boat was not ready nor was it in the water! There was also forms to sign and other steps before we could get in- which is fine! Just wish we would’ve known in advance so we could’ve arrived earlier to be on the water at our start time. Also, the boat itself was reallyyyy dirty! stains everywhere, dried up grass, weeds and mud! looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a longgg time! pretty gross. Someone said it looked like there may have been throw up. I wish I would’ve taken some pictures but my phone was put away as I was worried about it getting wet! Then when we went to tube- the tube was tiny and essentially not useable! We had to go grab another one- which is fine! Just wish they were more prepared. Finally, the boats anchor wasn’t the right anchor to allow us to get fully in party cove area which was a bummer. I’ve used this app several other times with different boats and never had any of these issues!
